My fitness journey began in 2016 when I weighed over 320 lbs. After realizing it was time for a change, I committed to a healthier lifestyle and lost over 120 lbs. But just as I embraced my new life, I faced an even greater challenge—being diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2018. My biggest fear was losing all the progress I had made, so I stayed dedicated to my habits, even during treatment.
By the end of 2019, I was officially cancer-free! Overcoming both extreme weight loss and a life-threatening illness taught me resilience, discipline, and the power of a positive mindset. Now, I use my journey to inspire and empower others to push through their own challenges—because if I’ve learned one thing, it’s that no matter what life throws your way, you keep going!
